Returns & Exchanges

It is with great pride that we design and hand-craft our products. We love our customers and our goal is to make you happy. It’s that simple. If, for any reason, you are less than delighted with your purchase we can exchange or refund it.

  • Returns for online purchases can only be done by mail.

  • In order to return an item you must first complete and submit a Return & Exchange Form within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Our customer service department will then email you an authorization number, which must be included with your return. Your return must be post marked (shipped) within 14 days of receiving the authorization number from us.

  • Jewelry must be returned in unworn condition with packaging and authorization number.

  • Items returned without packaging or damaged packaging will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items that appear to have been used will not be accepted. Items without an authorization number will not be accepted.

  • When returning an item please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • We do not cover the cost of shipping for you to return or exchange an item back to us, however, we do cover our shipping cost to deliver an exchanged item back to you.

  • eGift Card purchases are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

  • Final sale and clearance items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.


Purchases will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of returned item(s), and credited to the original card that was used for payment. Alternatively, refunds can be issued as a credit on an eGift card. eGift cards are emailed to you within 3 business days of receipt of returned item(s) and can be used to purchase anything on the website right away.You can indicate how you would like us to handle your refund on the Return & Exchange Form.
